For an editorial correction
Include the page URL, the sentence or section in question, and the manufacturer document or other source that supports the correction. If a product is involved, include its exact model name and version.
We review the claim against the cited material and the evidence already shown on the page. A correction may update the copy, replace a source, identify a model or manual revision, or add a limitation. The page date changes only when its substance changes.
For a studio problem
Describe the action you were taking and the error you saw. Keep your studio open in the same browser. Do not send cookie values or other access tokens. A screenshot without private information can help explain a layout or form issue.
Include the page address, browser name, device type, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send private journal text or photographs unless they are necessary to understand your report.
For purchases and returns
