What the studio stores
When you save a batch, we store its name, material notes, machine description, stage, dates, observations, and creation/update timestamps. If you upload a photo, the image is stored with that batch. We use the stored data to provide your journal.
How access works
An essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie links this browser to your records. It lasts up to one year. Someone who can use the same browser profile may be able to access your studio. Clearing cookies or using another browser removes that link; the app does not currently provide an account-based recovery service.
Backups and deletion
Use Export journal to download your batch notes and dates. Journal exports do not contain photo files. Import journal creates new records from a valid export. Delete on a batch permanently removes that batch and its associated photo. Export before clearing browser cookies so you retain a usable copy of your notes.
Uploads and service providers
The studio uses hosting, database, and object-storage services provided through the Sites platform. Upload only photos you have the right to store. Supported uploads are JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 3 MB per batch photo. One current photo is kept for each batch.
External sites
Following an external source or affiliate link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices. We do not receive your Amazon payment information or order-account credentials. Infrastructure providers may process technical request logs to operate and protect the service.
